Nicole started her career at a small consultancy in Essex, and subsequently joined Waterman Group in 2005, working in their Environmental Assessment and Design team, where she worked as a Principal Environmental Consultant.
Nicole has particular expertise in working on urban regeneration projects particularly in the south east as well as strategic site promotion within the greenbelt. She has worked as a Project Manager on EIAs for a number of high profile projects in London including the Croydon Gateway development adjacent to East Croydon Station, and the redevelopment of Ram Brewery, a Grade 2* listed brewery adjacent to the River Wandle in Wandsworth.
Since working at Phase 2 Planning Ltd, Nicole has been working on EIA’s for two garden suburbs in the east of England and well as providing screening advice.
