This is where he built up extensive knowledge and skills to seek a positive resolution to spatial planning issues and managed a diverse portfolio of projects, specialising in large scale residential, commercial and retail developments. His previous experiences include: preparing and representing Local Authorities in defending appeals; consider and process multiple dwelling and affordable housing schemes containing 100 plus units in both rural and urban areas; town centre regeneration projects including and new local amenities such as libraries, schools, hotels, and sports facilities and multiple employment and commercial facilities including new office blocks, warehousing and industrial buildings.
In private consultancy, Lindsay is building up his portfolio of planning projects and establishing new client relationships. He prides himself on giving all his clients the most precise and up to date advice on planning legislation and guidance, no matter how big or small the project may be.
Lindsay is a chartered planner member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
