Kevin Coleman worked as a Planning Officer for two local authorities, both on planning applications/appeals and on planning policy/conservation projects, before entering private practice in 1996.
He was a Director at Essex-based consultancy Andrew Martin Associates, where he undertook strategic development promotions, major planning applications, planning appeals, enforcement appeals and development appraisals for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Kevin was also Associate Director at JB Planning Associates in Hertfordshire, and led the Practice’s successful bid to be appointed on to the South East England Development Agency’s Framework, which provided opportunities for involvement on key regeneration projects in Thames Gateway.
