Kate Howard has worked in the Planning sector for 16 years with local consultants including Andrew Martin Associates, Capita Symonds and Bidwells.
Kate has a wide range of administrative experience including secretarial/PA, office management, accounts and system management and implementation. Kate also has experience of working in a planning technician capacity and has assisted on a wide range of projects.Kate joined Phase 2 Planning as Practice/Accounts Manager in October 2016.
