Emma Walker started her career working for a planning consultancy in London. She then joined the Essex-based planning consultancy Andrew Martin Associates in 2000, which was acquired by Capita Symonds in 2009.
Capita is a multi-disciplinary FTSE 100 company and Emma worked as part of the Planning and Design team until she took her current position in 2012.
Emma works on a wide variety of projects for a range of clients, including planning and development appraisals, planning applications and appeals, public and stakeholder consultation and strategic site promotion. With some 15 years’ experience in planning and development, Emma has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the planning system across a wide geographical area. She currently holds the position of Associate.
