In 2010 she moved to Smart Planning, working on a wide variety of projects for a range of clients. As a Planning Consultant she advised clients on planning strategies, established a regular client base whilst becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). In 2016 she progressed to a Senior Planner.
In managing a wide portfolio of projects, Caroline has represented clients at planning committee meetings and negotiated with Local Planning Authorities on her client’s behalf. Within this scope of projects, she has worked on a wide range of planning proposals including housing, commercial, sport and leisure, caravan parks and agricultural development.
Caroline joined Phase 2 Planning Ltd in April 2020 and has taken up a wide caseload working on larger projects over a wider geographical area.
