High quality chalets set in AONB

Phase 2 Planning acted on behalf of the owners of a high quality chalet site set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the buffer zone of a World Heritage Site, to the north of Llangollen. Whilst respecting the character of the site and its setting, the client sought to ensure that opportunities on the site are maximised. The Practice was successful in changing restrictive planning conditions to enable year round use of the chalets. We have also secured planning permission for the erection of additional lodges, and for the installation of holiday ‘pods’ designed to complement the larger lodges by providing a wider range of accommodation type.
