Utilising the change to permitted development rights brought in to encourage re-use of office floorspace, the Practice advised on the potential to secure conversion of this substantial vacant office building to residential accommodation.The Practice co-ordinated and prepared the submission of the prior-approval application, and secured consent for conversion to provide 24 no. 1 bedroom apartments and 7 no. 2 bedroom apartments.
