Jordan Inc Ltd is holding a public exhibition to inform members of the public and interested parties of their proposal for redevelopment of the existing site to provide student accommodation and new commercial floorspace at Rivermead Industrial Estate, Chelmsford (Land adjoining ARU).
This consultation is intended to inform and seek views from interested parties prior to the submission of a planning application in Spring 2018.

We welcome comments on local issues and all aspects of the proposals. The consultation period for the exhibition closes 28th March 2018. However, responses received after this date will still be considered.
