Phase 2 Planning and Development and Real8 are holding a public consultation to inform members of the public and interested parties of their proposal for a new ‘through’ school on land to the south of Buttley’s Lane, Great Dunmow and the redevelopment of the existing Helena Romanes School site for housing.
